The Korean Education Center in Los Angeles is holding a "2026 Korean American Day Commemorative Shorts Contest" to celebrate the upcoming Korean American Day (January 13, 2026). We encourage all interested students to participate.

1.   1. Eligibility: 

2.    - Individuals or teams of elementary school students(grades K-5), 

3.    - middle and high school students (grades 6-12), 

4.    - college students(undergraduates and students on leave of absence).

6.   2. Theme: The Best Korean American I've Ever Met 

7.     (A short video introducing a Korean American friend, teacher, activist, or celebrity who has had a positive impact on your life).

9.   3. Format: A short video of 60 seconds or less.
